Instructional Clarity Consultation

You Have the Data. Now What Do You Do With It?

The Primary Entry Point for Families

Most families who reach out to AuSumViv Interventions are not starting from zero. They have evaluations, test scores, IEP documents, curriculum records, or years of work samples, and they are still not sure what to do next.

The Instructional Clarity Consultation is designed for exactly that situation. It is a structured, professional review of what you already have, followed by a direct, clear answer to the question every family is really asking:

"What does my learner need from us right now, and where do we start?"

What Is Included

Every consultation follows the same structured process, so you know exactly what to expect.

Pre-Meeting Record Review

Before we meet, you share existing evaluations, progress monitoring data, work samples, or any other documentation you have. We review everything in advance so the consultation time is spent on interpretation and planning, not reading.

In-Depth Consultation Session

A focused, 60 to 90 minute working session where we walk through what the data actually means for your learner's instruction: not just what the scores say, but what they tell us about what to teach next.

Written Summary with Next Steps

Following the consultation, you receive a written summary of the key findings and prioritized instructional recommendations, a practical reference you can use immediately and return to over time.

Instructional Starting Point

Clear guidance on where to begin: which skills to address first, in what order, and why, so you are not guessing or trying to do everything at once.

Who This Consultation Is For

Families who have received a psychoeducational evaluation and are not sure what to do with the results
Home educators who have tried multiple curricula and are still not seeing consistent progress
Parents whose child has an IEP or 504 but who want to understand what that means for daily home instruction
Families who suspect a learning difference (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia) and want professional guidance before pursuing formal testing
Anyone who has accumulated information about their learner and needs a professional to help make sense of it

What This Is Not

The Instructional Clarity Consultation is not a formal psychological evaluation, a diagnostic assessment, or a therapy session. It is a professional instructional consultation focused on turning existing information into a clear, prioritized plan for what to teach next.

What Comes Next

Many families find that the Instructional Clarity Consultation gives them everything they need to move forward confidently on their own. Others choose to continue with Targeted Academic Intervention or ongoing consultation support. Either path begins with the same first step: getting clear on what your learner actually needs.

Ready to Get Clear?

The first step is a short inquiry form. Tell us what you have and what you are trying to figure out, and we will take it from there.
